COMPETITOR

I have 30 years of experience in the Action Sports and Outdoor industry. Beginning with a career as a successful competitive professional snowboarder I have since expanded my impact on the industry through roles directing sports marketing, product, and brands. The athlete experience has given me the strength, resilience, focus and mindset necessary to pivot and succeed in my own businesses. As a consultant /advisor to brands and individuals I have leveraged my deep network and experience in the industry to solve problems, create opportunities, and maximize partnerships. Seeing a need for financial literacy and long-term planning in my community I got licensed and started a business to educate people and help them  grow and protect their wealth. I am currently training leaders to build their own financial services agencies.

CREATOR

I possess a sharp eye for detail, which I use in creative direction and brand vision. I've overseen the development and marketing of one of the largest collections of women's hardgoods in the snowboarding market, driving continued growth for the last 10 years. I have strong communication and interpersonal skills and work with clients to develop product, projects, events and productions. Currently a producer on a film project about the history and impact of women in snowboarding called WAYWARD. Launching Dec. 2025

MENTOR

I am always looking for opportunities to learn and grow. By seeking out career mentorship for myself I found the need for resources to help athletes with their eventual transition out of professional sports into careers. 

Athletes have stories of overcoming challenges and achieving success, doing what others see as impossible. Through mentoring others to recognize the value in their unique stories I have discovered my own. I am developing a speaker package to share my journey as a competitor, creator, mentor and mother and inspire others to never let their greatest achievements be behind them.   My goal is to train more leaders to own their narrative, gain clarity on their goals, and put plans in place (financial and practical) to achieve them.
